As a leader in airline catering in Cameroon, with state-of-the-art food production infrastructure, DOUALAIR is committed to providing airline passengers with optimal quality services daily, ensuring a production capacity of at least five thousand (5,000) meal trays per day.
Through its expertise in collective catering, DOUALAIR has also established itself over the years in the management of corporate canteens, accommodation on Onshore and Offshore life bases, as well as catering activities.
In 49 years, the company has overcome its difficulties by demonstrating resilience. This implies anticipation, adaptation, and rapid reaction to crises such as the Covid 2019 pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine. To achieve this, it has focused on strategies such as commitment management, team quality and professionalism, rigorous hygiene procedures, industrial tool reliability, and diversification relying on qualified, dynamic, and competent personnel.
